# Organizational Culture & HVC

High value care reform is only as good as its team. Why? How does an organization's culture impact  the care that's delivered? This Deep Dive expounds upon this concept and hopefully, encourages students to think critically about the institutional culture in which they find themselves as well as identify what's important to them as they begin thinking about residency and beyond.
